WELCOME TO PAW & ROAM
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Paw & Roam website, online store, products, services, content, features and tools (collectively, the “Services”).
In these Terms, “Paw & Roam”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the Paw & Roam store and website.
Paw & Roam is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services to you.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Your order will be confirmed once we have accepted it and received the required payment.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been accepted and processed, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

“Paw & Roam” and associated branding, names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of Paw & Roam or their respective owners, where applicable.

These third-party tools may be provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis and may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third-party provider.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Paw & Roam. Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from our store and is not responsible for the products, fulfilment or customer service provided by Paw & Roam.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide any Feedback you submit and that your Feedback does not infringe the rights of another person or business.
You must not submit Feedback that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, misleading, obscene, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You must not submit content containing malicious software, viruses or other material that could interfere with our Services.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your infringement of the rights of another person or business.
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim or loss has been caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of applicable law.
